e-lefENT will provide an additional learning resource to support training in otolaryngology, with each section developed to reflect the ISCP Curriculum.
In addition relevant materials and advanced modules will be developed for CPD for Consultants and Staff and Associate specialists. The ISCP curriculum has been reviewed in its entirety and the e-learning developed to take advantage of the large amount of multi-media technology available.
Wherever possible materials will reflect the clinical relevance, and assessments will be included allowing the trainee to tackle basic, intermediate and advanced knowledge levels.
The scope of e-lefENT is far reaching and attempts to support all aspects of otorhinolaryngological training with an emphasis on the clinical application of knowledge.
Trainees will be able to reflect on their clinical practice and address their individual learning needs and styles, as well as being able to plan and record their learning, engage with other trainees, and return to any unfinished sessions.
