About the programme

Introduction

Conflict is widely seen to be inevitable in healthcare settings. Without appropriate and timely management, conflict can result in harmful consequences for healthcare teams, individual staff, and, most importantly, patients and their families. Providing clinicians with  knowledge, skills and training can improve  recognition of conflict  and early intervention  to manage conflict between families and clinical teams. This e-learning platform provides resources and training that informs, equips and builds confidence in managing conflict.

The Conflict Management programme will take you 2 to 3 hours to complete. You can work through the 3 modules at your own pace, pausing as you need to – the programme automatically saves your progress for you to return to.
