Health Education England elearning for healthcare (HEE elfh) has worked with NHS Digital to develop a single session of online training to help organisations understand and comply with the National Data Opt-out policy.
The programme consists of a single session that should take no more than 45 minutes to complete. It is designed for colleagues who are responsible for ensuring compliance by 31 March, but is also helpful to wider staff for general awareness.
